Job summary

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a post holder to join a standalone 7-bedded dynamic Assessment and Treatment unit for people with learning disabilities. The role involves assisting with the initial assessment, contributing to discharge planning at entry, and ensuring consistent care and treatment plans throughout admission.

You will receive regular supervision and development support; driving licence/access to a vehicle is essential.

Job description

The post holder will promote equality for all service users in a standalone 7 bedded dynamic Assessment and Treatment unit that offers high quality care & treatment for people with a learning disability. The post holder will assist with initial assessment process, contributing to discharge planning at the point of entry, ensuring consistent application of care and treatment plans throughout the duration of admission. The successful candidate will receive regular supervision and will be supported in their personal and professional development.
