A rare chance to design, build, and shape a brand-new service from scratch.

Main duties of the job

As Home Manager, you will help recruit, lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and therapeutic environment. Youll ensure the home runs smoothly day-to-day, maintaining compliance with CQC standards and promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and positive mental health recovery.

You will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery, compliance, staffing, and financial management working autonomously to make effective decisions that support both residents and staff. Youll also liaise closely with senior management and will be required to travel to our Head Office in Hatfield once a month (and as needed), so a full driving licence is essential.
