A reputable care provider is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead their team at a care facility in Derbyshire Dales. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, a relevant NVQ qualification, and a track record of achieving high care standards. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience as a Registered Home Manager; ideally holding an RMA or willing to work towards it.
• Achieved a Good/Excellent Care Inspectorate rating in the last inspection.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the Care, Facilities, and Administration teams.
• Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain operations within financial budgets.
• Lead marketing efforts for the Home.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the Care, Facilities and Administration teams of the Care Home.
• Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and that staff are aware of the relevant regulations that apply to the service being managed.
• Maintain the operations of the service at the highest standards possible, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Company.
• Carry out and provide leadership in marketing the Home and selling its services.
• Manage the services within the Home in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Provider, legislative requirements and relevant regulations and in line with accepted best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience as a Registered Home Manager; ideally holding an RMA or willing to work towards it.
• Achieved a Good/Excellent Care Inspectorate rating in the last inspection.
• Qualified at either NVQ Level 4 in a directly relevant qualification or holding a NVQ Level 5.
