Job summary

Synergy Medical is recruiting Registered General Nurses (RGNs) for a private hospital in the South West. You will assess patients, plan and deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications and maintain accurate records within a busy multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include current NMC registration, 3–6 months UK hospital experience, and right to work in the UK. Flexible shift options include Long Days and Nights in a private hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
• 3–6 months UK hospital experience minimum.
• Experience in private hospital/general ward is preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work within a well-established private hospital in South West.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate and patient-centred care to patients throughout their hospital stay. Responsibilities will include assessing patients, planning and delivering nursing care, administering medication, monitoring patients' conditions, maintaining accurate clinical records and working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team.

We are looking for professional, reliable and compassionate nurses who are confident working in a busy private hospital environment and committed to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
