Care UK is seeking a Registered General Nurse to join our motivated team in delivering high-quality care. You will lead and support care staff, manage medications, and ensure infection prevention and control within the home.

You will use Waterlow/MUST assessments and write comprehensive care plans, contributing to individualized resident care while upholding Care UK values of care, compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• An NMC Registered Nurse
• Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST
• Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding leadership for care staff
• Support residents with a range of complex needs and dependencies
• Provide clinical nursing to residents including medication management, infection prevention and control
