Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a qualified Dental Nurse for Cirencester Dental Practice (Chipping Manor). 32 hours per week, on-site, with opportunities to grow within a clinically led, patient-focused network across the UK.

Join a supportive team dedicated to delivering excellent patient care, high infection control standards, and ongoing professional development. You’ll assist chairside, prepare instruments, manage records, and help create a welcoming experience for every patient.

Qualifications

• Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse.
• Confident and professional communication with patients.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable in a clinical environment with potential blood or surgical procedures.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Caring, compassionate approach to patients and colleagues.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and development.

Responsabilités

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment and materials.
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness.
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks.
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products.
• Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team.
