This provider is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead a small, specialized care service in Sheffield. This challenging yet rewarding role involves supporting children and young people with complex needs and behaviours, offering a competitive salary range of £50,000 to £60,000.

Responsibilities
  • Establishing and developing a new, innovative children's residential service
  • Managing and fostering a cohesive, high-performing staff team
  • Setting and reviewing ambitious targets and objectives for the care team
  • Promoting collaborative, partnership-based practices with young people and their families
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for the children in placement
Qualifications
