Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a resilient, skilled staff team to deliver high-quality care and relational practice
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance, including robust safeguarding, incident management and documentation
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, aligned with children's care plans and positive behaviour support
  • Prepare for and confidently manage Ofsted inspections, audits, and multi-agency collaboration
  • Create a culture of learning, reflection and continuous improvement, using supervision, coaching and restorative feedback
  • Participate in management on call
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy within a children's residential home
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted's Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF)
