Job summary

A growing care management firm in Runcorn is seeking an experienced Registered Manager responsible for the operational day-to-day management of services. You will ensure compliance with relevant legislation and provide high-quality care. The ideal candidate has experience in health and social care, managing domiciliary services, and leading effective teams. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a health and social care setting.
  • Experience of working in/managing a domiciliary service.
  • Experience of managing an effective team.
  • Knowledge of current legal responsibilities and standards, including managing person centred services.
  • Experience with CQC.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service.
  • Ensure continued compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Ensure provision of high-quality services enabling individual needs to be met.
  • Work in partnership with senior management.
