The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day care operations and driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for managing the day to day services, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery and regulatory compliance
- Day to day management & development of the office team, ensuring a positive work culture
- Support with recruitment, onboarding and training of care professionals
- Build strong relationships with families and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for our clients
- Manage the client assessment and care planning process
- Staff rota\'s and On Call rota
- On Call support if required
- Monthly compliance audits
- Support with local community engagement and events

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Care Manager role within a home care service
- Leadership & people management skills to drive the team towards achieving agreed business objectives
- Strong Communication skills, written, verbal & visual
- Stakeholder management - confident in building and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients and community partners
- IT Skills; proficient in the use of IT, software systems, apps and social media platforms. Experience of Access Care Planner is beneficial.
- Problem solving mindset; ability to calmly find solutions to overcoming challenges
- A recognised qualification in health and social care at Level 5 or equivalent, or be willing to work towards
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
