The role involves managing day-to-day operations, recruiting and developing a team, and ensuring compliance with care standards. Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a regulated sector like care or healthcare.
• Experience with CQC standards is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a regulated sector (care, healthcare, education, housing, or similar).
• Experience with CQC standards is desirable, but we are happy to support the right candidate to develop this knowledge.
• Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work toward it).
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• A passion for person‑centred care and a values‑driven approach.
