Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded care provider seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Care Manager to lead a medium-sized residential care home in the Walsall area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Manager with a strong background in adult social care to join a supportive organisation that prides itself on delivering exceptional, person-centred care.

The Role

As the Registered Care Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational excellence. You'll lead, motivate, and develop your team to maintain a positive and nurturing environment for residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and management to the care team.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and local authority requirements.
