Overview

Registered Care Manager – Romford – 45,000 pa

Responsibilities

• Act as Registered Manager for a residential care home in Romford, East London, and oversee two small services that specialise in learning disabilities, autism and mental health.
• Work closely with the Deputy Manager and lead a team of carers to ensure the highest standard of care for residents.
• Manage day-to-day operations across both services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
