This Registered Care Manager role carries full responsibility for quality and delivery, within an established service that is already operating at pace.

Responsibilities
  • The position is permanent, full time, with a salary of up to £40,000.
  • Take full responsibility for CQC compliance, inspections, and ongoing quality standards.
  • Lead, support, and manage the care and office team to deliver safe, consistent care.
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and service delivery in the community.
  • Manage staffing levels, recruitment, and performance issues as required.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with families, commissioners, and external professionals.
What You’ll Need / Qualifications
  • Essential Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
  • Significant experience within domiciliary care services.
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
  • Confidence operating at Registered Care Manager level.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience managing inspections rated Good or above.
