Location: Essex • Salary: £44,000 - £48,000

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Supported Living care facility located in Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and managing a team of care professionals. We offer care for individuals with various mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the care facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage and support a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
