We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Manager to lead a NEW domiciliary branch in Brentwood. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care facility, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulations, and the well‑being of both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of care staff, ensuring efficient and compassionate care delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
