About the Role

As Registered Care Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing Supported Living & Community services across Birmingham
  • Ensuring services meet and exceed CQC standards, maintaining dignity, independence, and choice for citizens
  • Managing and motivating staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery across dispersed teams
About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in social care, ideally with 3+ years in a management role (Deputy or Manager level)
  • Qualified to NVQ/Diploma Level 5
  • Knowledgeable about learning disabilities, supported living, and CQC regulations
  • A confident, positive leader with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and resilient, with a real passion for delivering outstanding care

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
