Role and Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit a Residential Care Home Manager who is committed to high standards of care and support and can provide leadership for a 24-bedded home. The role involves managing a staff team of support workers and providing a quality service and a safe environment for our service users who have mental health concerns. The candidate will have management experience in a healthcare-related role.

The successful candidate will be directly accountable to CQC and must have a working knowledge of the law and regulations associated with the Registered Manager position.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Good general education
  • QCF Level 4 RMA as a minimum
  • As a minimum 2 years previous experience in Health & Social Care, preferable with Learning Disability experience
  • Working towards Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care QCF
  • Completed Level 5 QCF
  • Driving license is an advantage but not required
