What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. your mission, should you choose to accept it)


  • Lead and inspire a fab team of Coordinators and Field Supervisors

  • Keep our care top-quality, person-centred, and CQC-compliant

  • Champion dignity, independence, and the rights of every single person we support

  • Spot problems before they happen and jump into action when needed

  • Collaborate with social workers, families, and professionals to keep everything running smoothly

  • Keep your finger on the pulse of health and safety, infection control, and all things compliance

  • Support your team with training, appraisals, guidance, and a good cup of tea when needed


What We're Looking For


  • Has 2+ years leading care teams (homecare experience is ideal)

  • Knows their stuff when it comes to safeguarding, risk, and person-centred care

  • Holds (or is working toward) a Level 5 in Health & Social Care

  • Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball

  • Leads with kindness, confidence, and a calm head when things get busy

  • Is a natural communicator - you know how to bring people together and get the best from them

  • Wants to do more than manage - you want to grow a service, uplift a team, and change lives
