We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Registered Care Home Manager to lead our high-quality residential service in Kent. About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and operational performance of the home. You will drive high standards of care, maintain compliance with CQC regulations, and create a positive, person-centred culture for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated care team.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, staffing levels, and daily operational performance.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
  • Promote a safe, caring, and supportive environment.
  • Deliver continuous improvement and maintain the highest levels of quality care.
About You

Essential Criteria
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or nursing care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care home compliance.
  • Excellent people-management and communication skills.
  • NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards).
  • A proactive, resident-focused approach with strong organisational skills.
