The Health and Safety Partnership Limited in Central London is seeking a Registered Building Inspector (Class 2F and above) to join a growing team and uphold high standards of building safety and regulatory compliance in a hybrid role.

You will contribute to developing and reviewing building control policies, assess compliance throughout construction, and advise contractors and design teams on technical matters, producing concise inspection reports while maintaining strong client relationships.

Registered Building Inspector (Class 2F and above) is required to join a growing team, supporting high standards of building safety and regulatory compliance in Central London.

This is a full time hybrid working role.

Responsibilities will include

• Contributing to the development and reviewing of building control policies, technical standards and regulatory guidance.
• Assessing compliance with Building Regulations throughout the construction process.
• Advising contractors, developers and design teams on technical compliance matters.
• Producing clear and concise inspection reports.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Applications are welcomed from Registered Building Inspectors holding Class 2F registration or higher.

Additional specialist competencies and higher RBI classifications are highly desirable.

£70k-£85k plus pension, healthcare, life assurance and further additional benefits.
