A leading funeral service provider in Birmingham is seeking compassionate sales professionals dedicated to making a difference in families' lives. You will respond to inquiries, support vulnerable customers, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in sales or customer service. This role offers an annual salary of £26,180, 22 days holiday, a pension scheme, and more, within a supportive team environment.
Are you motivated by making a genuine difference in people's lives, while thriving in a sales environment? At Dignity, we believe that supporting families with empathy and integrity is just as important as achieving results. We're excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new Simplicity funeral plan product-a fresh approach to helping families plan for the future with clarity, care, and affordability. As we prepare to re‑introduce Simplicity to the market, we're looking to connect with talented, compassionate sales professionals who want to be part of this journey.
We are Dignity, one of the UK's oldest and most trusted funeral providers, with over 200 years of history, 570 branches, and 46 crematoria. From launching the UK's first funeral plan to helping shape modern regulation, we have led the way in supporting families with care, compassion, and professionalism.
Now we are building the UK's leading end‑of‑life company. As part of the Dignity Group, we also operate Farewill, the country's largest will writer and one of the UK's top probate providers, giving families support not just at the funeral, but before and after as well. Today we are over 4,000 people across the UK, all driven by the same goal: to care for families with compassion and make the UK a world leader in end‑of‑life care. Here to help, whenever you need.

What are the next steps? Thousands of families put their trust in Dignity each year to help them say goodbye with dignity, care, and compassion.
