Job summary

NBCUniversal offers a 12-month Facilities Operations Internship where you will support a busy projects team across workplace projects, real estate transactions and facilities management, including relocations, refurbishments and lease renewals.

You will gain exposure to all areas of the business and learn to deliver best-in-class workplaces while developing data analytics and reporting skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Decisive and effective even under pressure.
• Hands on – some aspects of this role will not be desk based!
• Comfortable working with data / number crunching, analysing stats and producing reports

Job description

To join one of our 12-month placements you must meet one of the following criteria:

• Currently be an undergraduate studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year
• Looking for employment after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship

In addition, you must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from June 2027 - July 2028.

What will I be doing?

As a Facilities Operations Intern, you will be supporting a busy projects team, responsible for all aspects of workplace related projects, real estate transactions and facilities management, from offices relocations, internal moves, refurbishments and build outs, lease renewals to helping roll out new initiatives and imbedding BAU FM practices.

You will have exposure to all areas of the business, helping to understand the differing needs of each business unit and how to deliver best in class workplaces.
