Our branches are always keen to connect with accomplished banking professionals. We are particularly keen to engage with Deputy Branch Managers in the local area who are interested in the Handelsbanken business model and bespoke customer offering.
The Deputy Branch Manager role would be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager with all aspects of the Branch operations including the Business Plan process, business development, credit, operational risk, administration, financial control, culture, recruitment, compliance and regulatory matters including adherence to the Bank's instructions and training and competence procedures.
The key stakeholders for the Deputy Branch Manager are the District Head, Branch Managers, Mortgage Advisors, Handelsbanken Wealth and Asset Management, Credit, Finance, HR, Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit.
