WSP in the UK & Ireland invites graduates across engineering, science and related STEM fields to join a two‑year development programme. You will gain practical project experience and professional skills while mentors support your growth toward chartered status.

Graduates from engineering, science, digital, data, STEM, economics, business and finance backgrounds are welcome. The scheme includes on‑the‑job learning, workshops and networking across our global teams.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with an Engineering or STEM degree from a recognized university.
  • Interest in developing across sectors such as transport, property, energy, water and planning.
  • Willingness to learn through structured on‑the‑job experiences and mentoring.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in WSP’s two‑year early careers development programme.
  • Gain project experience across multiple sectors and disciplines.
  • Receive mentoring and professional development to work toward chartered status.

All graduates receive support and development opportunities to help them build their skills, grow their network and succeed from the moment they join WSP.
