About The Role

We're looking for a Regional Visual Manager to bring our brand to life across stores in your region. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of consistent, impactful, and commercially effective visual merchandising that enhances the customer experience and drives sales. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with Regional Managers, store leadership teams, and our Central VM team to set the standard and inspire teams to deliver.

This is a field-based role with a significant amount of travel across the North West, so you’ll need to be comfortable being on the move and spending plenty of time in stores. No two days will look the same, from coaching store teams, to implementing seasonal floor sets, to keeping a sharp eye on competitors and retail trends, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our customers experience Matalan.

About You

You’re a creative leader with a strong commercial mindset and a track record in visual merchandising within fast‑paced value fashion or homeware retail. You know how to balance creativity with strategy, making sure stores not only look inspiring but also deliver results.

You’ll bring:
