Job summary

Weston College is seeking a Regional Trainer/Asessor to deliver and assess a range of accredited programmes across campus and work-based settings. You will teach, train, and observe learners, developing bespoke materials and supporting learners to achieve their qualifications.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification or equivalent, knowledge of FE curricula, and the ability to work unsupervised in demanding environments. Interviews are on-site at Weston-super-Mare campuses.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 3 or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Further Education curriculum and work-based learning.
• Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Teach, train and assess on accredited programmes as required.
• Deliver learning through tutorials, workshops and observations.
• Prepare materials for teaching and assessment and carry out admin tasks.
• Assess candidate competence in College and work-based settings.
