A leading support services provider in the UK is seeking a Compliance Lead to oversee key compliance areas such as Legionella and Asbestos. Responsibilities include providing expert guidance, maintaining compliance registers, and supporting project teams. Ideal candidates should possess experience in compliance areas, strong knowledge of building services, and IOSH Managing Safely certification. Provide regional leadership for key compliance areas, including Legionella and Asbestos, ensuring robust control measures and clear expectations. Oversee Authorised Person (AP) coverage across technical disciplines, ensuring competence, consistency, and effective governance. Maintain and assure compliance registers (e.g., FGAS), ensuring accuracy and alignment with statutory requirements. Offer expert technical guidance on statutory regulations, industry standards, and best practice. Support project delivery teams by providing technical insight, interpretation of standards, and subject matter expertise. Monitor and assure that competent personnel are in place and that compliance plans are delivered effectively. Ensure site drawings are kept up to date using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software. Existing qualifications are highly desirable, but training can be provided. Responsible Person (Legionella). Responsible Person (Asbestos).
