Regional Support Manager

Covering Leeds to Leicester Region

We are seeking a Regional Support Manager to join our children s residential care division. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced leaders who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people while supporting and strengthening our network of homes.

About the Role

As a Regional Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing flexible, high-quality support across our homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing parachute support to Registered Managers when additional capacity or expertise is required.
  • Delivering audits, coaching, and mentoring to ensure best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Offering interim management cover in homes without a manager, ensuring consistency and high standards of care.
  • Guiding and supporting staff teams to maintain a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.

In exceptional circumstances, you may be asked to take on home registration responsibilities, though this is not an expectation of the role initially.

About You

We re looking for resilient and adaptable leaders with:

  • Significant experience in children s residential care, ideally as a Senior/Peripatetic Registered Manager or equivalent senior role.
  • A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
  • The ability to quickly assess, stabilise, and strengthen services.
  • Flexibility to travel across regions as required.
