A well-established residential childcare provider is seeking a Regional Support Manager for children's residential care. This role focuses on providing support to Registered Managers across multiple homes from Leeds to Leicester. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management and significant experience in a similar environment. The position offers a salary of £58,000 with a bonus potential and a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience as a Registered Manager ideally in peripatetic or multi-home support roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide parachute support to Registered Managers and staff teams.
  • Deliver audits, coaching and mentoring to improve standards.
  • Step in as interim management when required.
  • Maintain high-quality therapeutic environments across homes.
