Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager to oversee security operations across multiple locations in the UK. You will lead a security team, implement policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure service excellence for clients and communities.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid SIA Licence, demonstrate strong leadership and communication, and stay composed under pressure while upholding rigorous standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a security management role.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a valid SIA Licence.

• Plan and maintain staff schedules and ensure SLA is being delivered.
