Qualifications

• Head Chef experience in a fresh food kitchen within a premium venue.
• Ability to develop and refresh creative menus.
• Proven leadership of kitchen teams across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen teams across Yorkshire/North Wales region and hotels.
• Report to the Executive Head Chef and contribute to kitchen operations.
• Ensure five-star kitchen standards and fresh, innovative menus.
• Engage and develop hotel kitchen teams.
