Job summary

lululemon is seeking a senior strategy professional to lead regional strategy initiatives and partner with GMs and global leaders. The role demands an MBA or advanced degree with 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.

This hybrid UK-based position offers a base range of £88,200–£115,800 with a potential annual bonus. Four days onsite per week and collaboration across global teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required, MBA or advanced degree an asset.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting at a top tier firm or in relevant corporate strategy.
• 3+ years of project management experience; 5+ years of experience managing projects or workstreams with cross-functional and/or geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience structuring and solving ambiguous business problems.
• Strong data analysis and storytelling skills, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, structured insights and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in a matrixed global-regional corporate environment.
• Experience overseeing primary consumer insights and managing third party insights vendors an asset.

Responsibilities

• Thrive in ambiguity and embrace variety to solve strategic problems that are new to you and the commercial business.
• Bring sharp strategic thinking and curiosity, acting as a thought partner and strategic challenger to GMs and regional leadership teams.
• Own regional strategy questions end-to-end, from problem definition through to recommendation.
• Structure questions into clear workplans and frameworks, manage timelines, conduct necessary analyses and insights, and deliver recommendations while engaging stakeholders.
• Analyze market, financial, and consumer information, translating data into insights and identifying strategic implications for leaders.
• Manage third party insights vendors and translate findings into strategic implications for leaders.
• Lead cross-regional coordination for enterprise strategy milestones such as global strategic planning and SLT offsites.
• Build relationships with regional teams and global partners to drive alignment on strategic priorities.
• Take ownership of personal growth and development, supported by a team and culture committed to success.
