Overview

We are now hiring a Regional Sourcing Manager (NPR) to join our Global Procurement team with a focus on leading end-to-end deliverables and non-product related activities for sites in the UK, Europe, and the US.

What you will do

As a key member of the global procurement team, you will take ownership of sourcing activities across Facility Management (CapEx/OpEx) and Non-Product Related categories for manufacturing sites in the UK and Germany, as well as offices across Europe and the US. This includes all non-product-related procurement to support site-wide facilities management, such as manufacturing upgrades, automation projects, manufacturing waste management, IT infrastructure improvements and supporting energy hedging strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the facility management procurement strategy from sourcing to delivery
  • Negotiating quotes and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value
  • Delivering actionable procurement analytics and insights
  • Managing supplier relationships and overseeing performance reviews (including SRS ratings and review meetings)
  • Leading procurement projects to qualify alternative sources
  • Driving benchmarking and cost reduction initiatives
  • Coordinating supplier qualification and supporting cross-functional project management
What you will need

Essential requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sourcing role, including focused on Non-product related CapEx and OpEx
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Outstanding supplier relationship management skills
  • Strong Negotiation, analytical, and communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Team builder and player, with a hands-on work ethic
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple activities or projects at one time
  • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation, and data analytical skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills on an international level
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe as part of your role

Desired experience:

  • Ability to speak German
  • Exposure to the semiconductor industry
  • Understanding of a multisite environment
  • Team leadership or management
