Job summary

A facilities management company is seeking an Area Soft Services Manager to oversee multiple locations in the North of England. This role involves managing Facilities Management Services with a focus on Security, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and leading operational teams to achieve high service levels. The ideal candidate will have substantial middle management experience and will possess excellent communication skills to work closely with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience at a middle management level managing Security services.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience at a middle management level managing other soft services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the provision of Facilities Management Services for a national contract.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and client policies.
• Lead site teams to improve service levels and customer experience.

Skills

Understanding of Soft Services delivery

Confident in HR policies and procedures

Skills in managing sub-contractors

Passionate about Customer Service

Education

SIA Licence holder

Driving License

Minimum 2 years’ experience in middle management
