Job summary

The Clancy Group in Cornwall, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead resilience works for South West Water across Cornwall. You’ll manage multiple sites, coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resources to deliver the programme safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar site leadership role.
• Strong focus on safe, efficient delivery and quality.
• Experience coordinating multiple sites, teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site activities across Cornwall and surrounding locations.
• Manage construction teams, subcontractors and resources to meet programme targets.
• Ensure RAMS, permits and site documentation are in place and followed.
• Monitor progress, quality and safety across sites and report issues promptly.
• Build strong relationships with client (SW Water), stakeholders and site teams.
