The Team
The People team is a strategic partner in shaping a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing organization. This position is Remote – UK; preferably in the London area. Relocation will not be provided.
You will lead full-cycle recruitment for regionally based roles. In this consultative role, you’ll engage hiring managers, provide candidate outreach and recommendations, and coordinate recruitment activities for placement in our regional offices. You’ll use your sourcing expertise to build long-term talent pipelines and leverage existing tools, templates, and processes. You will also collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) and other People Team partners to stay aligned with hiring priorities and timelines. You will also support regional projects in partnership with the Senior Manager and HR partners. This role requires strong recruiting skills, cross-cultural awareness, and the ability to manage regional recruitments and projects effectively.
