A family-run care provider is seeking a Regional Senior Carer to support two care homes in Seaton and Axminster. You will provide leadership and compassionate care in a fully supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in elderly care, confidence in supporting residents with dementia, and an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. A full UK driving licence and a caring attitude are essential. This role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for advancement.

As a Regional Senior Carer, you’ll divide your time between Thornfield Care Home in Seaton and Silverleigh Care Home in Axminster two friendly, high-performing homes within the Care Concern Group, each with its own character, community, and warmth.
You’ll bring leadership, compassion, and adaptability to both settings, supporting our teams to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Whether you’re mentoring carers, administering medication safely, or leading by example on the floor, you’ll be a vital part of maintaining our high standards and positive culture.
