As a Regional Senior Carer, you’ll divide your time between Thornfield Care Home in Seaton and Silverleigh Care Home in Axminster two friendly, high-performing homes within the Care Concern Group, each with its own character, community, and warmth.
You’ll bring leadership, compassion, and adaptability to both settings, supporting our teams to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Whether you’re mentoring carers, administering medication safely, or leading by example on the floor, you’ll be a vital part of maintaining our high standards and positive culture. What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Carer or Team Leader in an elderly care home setting.

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care essential.
• Experience in medication administration, audits, and leading care teams.
• A caring, reliable nature and a flexible, can-do attitude.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).
