Job summary

Amazon Corporate Security is seeking an experienced Regional Security Manager for western Europe to lead security programs and teams across the sub-region. The role reports to the Head of Corporate Security and focuses on delivering best-in-class security services for Amazon people and facilities.

You will oversee multi-site operations, manage budgets, and influence strategic security decisions with senior leadership across Amazon and related orgs, including AWS Security and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement, Business Management, Accounting or related fields.
• Experience in the security field in a global corporate environment or large-sized organization, including managerial experience.
• Master's degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement, Business Management, Accounting or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Earn trust with internal Amazon customers by leading a team that delivers security services across a sub-region.
• Oversee day-to-day security operations for a diverse portfolio of sites and customers.
• Maintain relationships with business leadership, HR, Facilities, Legal, Internal Communications, and other security units.
• Distil inputs from stakeholders to drive organizational vision, design strategies, and priorities.
• Lead a diverse team and ensure the right people are in the right roles and grow leadership.
