We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Representative to join our team and cover the Eastern US. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and business development. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, with a focus on hospitality case goods, and CRM software utilization. The Sales Representative will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop business relationships, and negotiate contracts to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with other Regional Sales Representatives and the in-house Sales Team to drive sales and meet company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in assigned territories

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong account management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Hubspot, is highly desirable
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
  • Experience in lead generation techniques and territory management is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Travel is required in the Eastern sales region
