Role Overview: Agri-Lloyd is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in one of our regional locations within the UK to drive the territory's short, medium, and long-term development. The key objective is to achieve or exceed the region’s sales plan.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the overall sales plan for the region
• Managing Sales Agents
• Preparing annual sales plans
• Becoming proficient with the company CRM system and keeping it up to date
• Attending relevant trade shows and farmer meetings
• Daily reporting

About You

• At least 3 years of sales management experience
• Understanding and passion for the agricultural industry
• Good understanding of concept selling
• Natural rapport builder at all levels
• Ability to lead a team effectively
