Job Overview

An ambitious and results-driven Regional Sales Manager is required to manage and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, and farming customers across Scotland. The role involves promoting a high-quality range of livestock and dairy equipment, providing sales and technical support, and developing new business opportunities within the agricultural sector. Responsibilities
  • Manage and support existing dealers and customers across Scotland
  • Build strong relationships to drive engagement, sales performance, and long-term loyalty
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the livestock and dairy farming industry
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical guidance, and sales support to customers and partners
  • Conduct regular farm and dealer visits to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor market activity and competitor trends, providing valuable feedback to management
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with company objectives
  • Represent the brand at agricultural events, exhibitions, and trade shows across the region

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in field sales, account management, or dealer relationship roles
  • Experience or background in dairy farming, agricultural equipment, or engineering-related products is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently across a regional territory
  • Full UK driving licence
Package
  • £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary DOE
  • 1% uncapped commission on all sales (OTE £50,000–£60,000)
  • 25 days holiday
  • Fully expensed company vehicle (including private use)
  • Pension scheme and private medical insurance
