Job Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager promotes the sale of ILC Dover Pharm PAPR system and SCape respirators through consultative and cooperative efforts with RSMs and Sales Partners. Reporting to the VP of Pharmbio Sales Europe & the Global Business Development Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for generating and working on target customer lists for the ILC Dover Pharm PAPRs and SCape respirators.
  • Outbound, proactive engagements with target customers to grow the funnel.
  • Work with Internal (Regional Sales Managers) and external (Distributors) Sales teams, to grow the business in Europe.
  • Research and presents application-specific information, showing potential customers the benefits of using the ILC Dover PAPRs.
  • Function as a technical liaison for Sales to provide technical support to prospective customers.
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers in closing opportunities.
  • Manage existing accounts so the RSMs can focus on GTM new business.
  • Manage the PPE EMEA sales funnel to make sure all information is up to date.
  • Provide technical training for sales (RSMs & Channel Partners) as well as potential customers regarding applications, products, and solutions via in-person and virtual sessions.
  • Responsible for providing monthly business forecasts on bookings and revenue for EMEA.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly bookings and revenue targets.
  • Required to manage the EMEA PPE sales/leads funnel and keep it up to date.
  • Travel with the sales team to assist with new opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent)
  • 5+ Years of PPE Safety Sales Experience in, or equivalent Safety professional experience

  • Demonstrate an understanding of strategic account and vertical segment business drivers and purchasing behaviors.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to interface at all levels in an international environment.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentations skills. Must have strong ability to explain technical information.
  • Achievement-oriented and willing to put a high level of effort to produce results in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Must be comfortable working in an environment that is dynamic and evolving.
  • Demonstrated qualities of creative approach to problem solving and risk taking.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, preferably SFDC.
  • Proficient in computer related skills; Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Responsible for accurate, ethical, and timely handling of expenses.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent)
  • PPE certifications (OSHA, QSSP or international equivalent)

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

  • This position will be remote, but require weekly travel to customer sales calls
