Location: United Kingdom (Home-Based, primarily covering Birmingham, Manchester, London regions but also the remainder of the UK and Scotland). Job Type: Full-Time. Department: Sales.

Bunge is seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our UK team. You will manage and develop a portfolio of regional accounts, focusing on bakery, confectionery and wider food ingredients segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth: Achieve and exceed annual Business Plan targets for your assigned accounts and prospects.
  • Strategic: Develop and execute tailored account strategies aligned with regional sales objectives.
  • Relationship building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across your territory.
  • Technical Bridge: Collaborate with the Technical Service team to ensure seamless product approvals and support customer R&D projects.
  • Market Expert: Stay ahead of industry trends, gather competitive intelligence, and identify new business opportunities within the UK food market.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across commercial functions to optimize service and drive sales effectiveness.
What we are looking for
  • Experienced Food Industry Sales: 3-5+ years in B2B account management, ideally with bakery/confectionery/food ingredients focus.
  • Relationship-Focused & Commercially Driven: Proven ability to build strong relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Self-Starter with Excellent Communication: Entrepreneurial, independent, and a strong communicator. Customer-focused, results-oriented, collaborative, with strategic business sense.
  • Relevant Degree & UK Market Knowledge: Bachelor's/Master's degree; familiarity with the UK food industry is highly preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License & Willing to Travel: Essential for covering the UK territory.
