About the role

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll shape and execute bold sales strategies, inspire local teams, and deliver outstanding results. You’ll partner closely with marketing and operations to bring each home’s story to life — creating meaningful connections with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider community.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire on-site sales teams to achieve full occupancy across all homes.
  • Create and deliver powerful local sales and marketing plans that drive results.
  • Coach and develop Account Managers to deliver a seamless, compassionate customer journey.
  • Build relationships with healthcare partners and referral networks to grow visibility and trust.
  • Collaborate on major home launches, ensuring strong market entry and brand consistency.
  • Analyse performance data, identify growth opportunities, and report to the senior team.
