Salary: £45,000‑£55,000 + £5,000 car allowance + up to 25% bonus potential

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd and working with a huge playing Manufacturing company in the West Midlands to recruit for a Regional Sales Manager covering the Midlands up to Lancaster, you'll thrive in a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.

What you'll do:

As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll drive commercial growth and deliver sales budgets across our product range, ensuring profitable expansion in line with business KPIs. You'll play a key role in planning and presenting performance insights to the Senior Executive team, helping shape the strategy and future direction of the business.

  • Collaborate on a specification approach for our huge portfolio, developing a strong pipeline with major distributors and the Specification team.
  • Implement sales strategies aligned with operational and financial objectives.
  • Work alongside peers to develop key market opportunities.
  • Lead the strategic direction of category sales within your region.
  • Stay engaged across the business, with a particular focus on the Sales function.
