- Reporting to a highly experienced and supportive Head of Sales, as the Regional Sales Manager you will take ownership of the Middle East & Africa territories. You will be responsible for delivering defined sales targets, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting long-term growth strategies through proactive business development and relationship management.
- Lead regional sales and deliver against defined targets.
- Build and nurture influential relationships with direct customers, MROs, agents, and distributors.
- Develop and implement account strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Prepare commercial proposals and support negotiations through to contract close.
- Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and trade forums.
- Provide regular market intelligence to inform product development and commercial decisions.
The person specification
- Proven experience in a sales or relationship management role, ideally within engineering or technical manufacturing sectors.
- Strong commercial and ideally an understanding of the African and/or Middle Eastern markets.
- Confident communicator, negotiator and presenter at senior levels.
- Experienced in managing complex, long-cycle sales and multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce) and analytical tools to drive decisions.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
