A nationwide travel business is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop sales operations across London and the Southeast region. In this role, you will manage a sales team, analyze performance metrics, and ensure adherence to sales processes, while also driving business development and client management efforts. A proven track record in sales leadership in the travel or transport sector is required, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills. You will also engage in cross-regional collaboration and support marketing initiatives.
Location: Reading - Covering the South East Region
Salary: £60,000 per annum plus bonuses and additional benefits
My client are a nationwide travel business providing coach and luxury tavel pacakges for a number of different Stakeholders and are looking at expanding their sales team with a Regional Sales Manager.
As a dynamic and results-driven manager you will lead and develop sales operations across the London and Southeast region. This role is critical in delivering commercial growth, maintaining high client service standards and developing a proactive, target-focused sales culture.
