An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join this highly successful and reputable waste management company with a nationwide presence. Day to day as Sales Manager you will be :

Overseeing and managing a team of up to 8 new businesses field sales executives covering the Nottingham/Leicester/Derby territory and surround.

Dealing with KPI s and strategies to bring the best out of the team as well as recruitment and day to day reactive management whilst adhering to Waste Management legislation and Health & Safety regulations.

Constantly monitor and oversee entry into new market sectors and develop new business opportunities

Working closely with the Group Head of Sales and Marketing to provide data and feedback on the performance of the region, market analysis and team performance KPIs etc

We are inviting applications from individuals who :

Have proven team sales management (preferably new business field sales teams) and leadership experience

Have a hands on approach and used to working in a very dynamic and busy industry

Have experience in waste management (desirable although not essential)
