Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the Regional Sales team. Accountable for building and implementing strategies to maximise both New Business and Existing Customer opportunities within the market & ensure advancement of the targets for growth. You will be at the helm of our Regional Sales team, driving performance and ensuring the achievement of sales revenue and volume KPIs. You will lead the team, manage recruitment, training, and performance reviews, and inspire your team to excel in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high‑performing sales team — ensuring effective onboarding, development, and target achievement.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate your team to build engagement, confidence, and sales capability.
  • Lead and inspire your team to sell Securitas Technology products and services effectively across the North & Scotland region.
  • Set and monitor performance goals and KPIs in collaboration with the Head of Regional Sales, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen key customer relationships to maximise retention, satisfaction, and long‑term partnerships.
  • Drive new business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities at optimal gross margins.
  • Ensure market adaptability by keeping the team up to date with new products, technologies, and solutions.
  • Leverage CRM systems to manage activity, track pipelines, and report on key business development metrics.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
  • Promote a strong health and safety culture, ensuring all team activities are conducted safely and responsibly.
